The 8th Annual
MULTIPLIER OF THE YEAR
Award Contest

An international contest to recognize leaders who amplify the intelligence of those around them.

"When you learn, teach. When you get, give."

- Maya Angelou

Multiplier Leaders

Multipliers are leaders who use their intelligence to amplify the smarts and capabilities of the people around them. When these leaders walk into a room, light bulbs go on; ideas flow and problems get solved.

This is your opportunity to give back to a leader who has impacted you by giving them the recognition they deserve.

It’s also an opportunity for you to generate buzz for the right kind of leadership to help build a Multiplier culture within your organization.

How it Looks

The Winners Public Workshop

Each year, MOY winners are given a free seat to our annual Winners Public Workshop. This video captures some of the highlight moments during last years workshop, taught by Shawn Vanderhoven.

The workshop was held at the Tesla Motor factory in Fremont, CA. The cherry on top was a private factory tour where participants saw first-hand how Tesla’s are made.

How it’s Won

Nominate a Leader

Your first goal is to nominate a leader who embodies the disciplines of a Multiplier.

Video submissions are a bonus since we can see and hear the positive impact from your Multiplier leaders.

Get on the shortlist

Your second goal is to give your nominee the best chance to get on the shortlist.

We look for nominations that include the clearest examples of a leader exhibiting one of the five Multiplier disciplines.
